2024 GMC Terrain

The GMC Terrain offers four different trim levels, each with its own look. The starting option is the SLE, which has 17-inch aluminum wheels and LED headlights, while the SLT takes it up a notch with its 18-inch machined aluminum wheels, optional gray-painted accents, and extra chrome details. The 2024 GMC Terrain has a 1.5-liter turbo four-cylinder engine under the hood, providing 175 horsepower and 203 pound-feet of torque. This engine setup attempts to find a middle ground between performance and saving fuel, making it suitable for those who want practicality and efficient gas mileage. When set up correctly, the Terrain can pull up to 1,500 pounds, which is adequate for light towing jobs.

The GMC Terrain's performance comes from its nine-speed automatic transmission, which works smoothly with the turbo engine. The Traction Select System lets drivers change the vehicle's performance based on ground surfaces and weather. The GMC infotainment system in more basic trims has a 7-inch touch screen, while higher-range trims have an 8-inch screen. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto come as standard, making it easy to use your smartphone. Comfort features change depending on the trim, but available options include leather seats, heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, and two-zone automatic climate control. For music lovers, a Bose premium sound system is available, and you can also add a panoramic sunroof.
