Service manager was friendly and efficient. The oil change was quick. The only problem was they were so busy they didn't have time to rotate the tires. Also, no car wash. Why do they make appointments for these services if they don't have the time to do them?

We took the Enclave in for a Safety recall and later in the same day your people called and said the vehicle was ready to go as you don’t have the part in stock. Maybe, just maybe your people should check on parts before booking an appointment. The kicker is WE wasted 2 hours of the day dropping off and picking up plus this whole process will need to be repeated when the parts come in. Who is going to compensate us for the wasted time? JUST SAYING

My overall experience with the dealership was just okay. I feel the service could have been much better. I had to call multiple times just to get updates on my vehicle, and I didn’t feel like I was kept informed unless I reached out myself. On one occasion, I was told my service advisor would get back to me, but I never received a call. Each time I called, it almost felt like I was inconveniencing the staff. I wasn’t expecting daily updates, and I understand my vehicle isn’t the only one being worked on, but a simple courtesy call with a status update would have made a big difference.

Everyone’s so nice and helpful! I had an oil change and there were several people ahead of me. I decided to just wait there. The lady kept checking on me to see if I needed anything! The waiting room is very clean and nice and comfortable.And still my wait wasn’t as long as I expected. The only problem I had was that I couldn’t figure out the snack vending machine!LOL! I always get great service here!

I recently brought my vehicle in for service after my check engine light came on, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff called to tell me my fuel filter was coming apart and that I needed a $1,000 repair immediately. When I asked for clarification, I later found out that this wasn’t actually the case — the filter was not falling apart as they had claimed. Not only did they try to push an unnecessary and expensive repair, but they were also rude and unprofessional over the phone. The entire interaction felt like they were trying to pressure me into agreeing to work that didn’t need to be done. I highly recommend getting a second opinion before authorizing any repairs here. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t trust their diagnosis or customer service.

This was the worst experience ever. My appointment time was 10:45 and they didn’t finish until 1:13. I understand I wasn’t the only customer but when the technician took his lunch break before finishing a simple oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor came and said we needed to order an oil filter (the first time) second time it was we needed to order a fuel filter. There are few incentives for car buyers now and the first service being free just became a burden. I don’t know that I will ever go back to Sisbarro for service or to buy another vehicle.

not very impressed, i do understand the service dept had som issues with their employes however it took them almost 3 months to get my truck a new antifreez tank and sensor, no folloow up calls ,no call to let me know the part was in etc. my truck failed on me and went into limp mode in november 2025 and found out it had an aftermarket fresh air intake so i do understand having to order the part to repair it at my own expense which fortunately was warranty by banks. I was not very happy about the 900 and change bill i recieved for towing and diagnostic fee, labor yes i get it . when i bought the truck at casa buick gmc in elpaso i also purchased the extended warranty plan which was pitched to me as bumper to bumper theft, glass , towing, rental car if needed etc. This warranty was not honard at sisbarro service and i was told i would have to take up the issue with gm? On the flip side the new service team did fix my truck quite quickly after i gave them the part i orderd and did call to inform me it was ready to go. In short i guess my truck is back on the road and no more warning lights or limp mode issue which is good but the towing and diagnostic fee, plugging in a scanner basically, not good .i will continue to use sisbarro for warranty work if needed however regular preventive maint and service i have whitehead chevy in t or c nm where i live.

Just got my oil changed at Sisbarro Las Cruces and had a great experience! I walked in easily, and the service was super quick. Everyone working was fantastic, got a text while in the waiting area enjoying a delicious cup of coffee. They're honest, reasonably priced, and go the extra mile with amenities like shuttle rides if needed. All staff were friendly and extremely knowledgeable- Highly recommend for reliable service!

My truck sent a check engine code while I was traveling. Was advised by a mechanic in Deming, NM to take it to the dealership in Las Cruces. When I called, Jose the Service Advisor worked me into their schedule the next day. I went over at the appointed time and his technician Sergio was able to diagnose my problem as something relatively "minor" and get it taken care of. I appreciated the level of caring for my needs and the willingness of both Jose and Sergio to help me out.

The reason for two stars...I showed personnel my tax exempt certificate/status (as a retired military veteran who served this country for 24 years) ... I expected the dealership to owe up to a benefit that I earned... but was told they had problems, issues with that in the past. So I feel I was cheated out of/from this benefit that the State of New Mexico has given to Veterans with a VA Disability Rating of 100%.

I took my car in for an oil change and an airbag recall.i told them it was shifting a little hard. They told me I needed a new transmission, they didn't do the recall nor an oil change. They kept my car for 8 days. When I went to pick it up the tech (Rusty) had a salesman come to try to sell me a new car. As it turned out. I had gotten a bad tank of gas and there is nothing wrong with my transmission. I have purchased 9 vehicles from this dealership. I will never go back. Im so disappointed. It used to be an honest business.

Horrible service. I scheduled an APPOINTMENT for an oil change, showed up on time for my APPOINTMENT and was told that several other walk ins were placed ahead of me. When I asked them what is the point of the "APPOINTMENT", I was told that they are not going to turn down money and will take walk ins as they come in, even ahead of scheduled APPOINTMENTS. It took about 8 hours to do the oil change, and they still didn't wash the truck after the service like they said they would do. When I asked about the car wash, I was told that there are several vehicles ahead of me and it would take about another 2 hours to get it washed. I asked if I need to continue getting service here in order to maintain the "lifetime engine warranty", and was told yes. I am so disappointed in this service and dread having to continue to use these guys. Almost to the point of selling the truck and purchasing another one somewhere else just to avoid this horrible service department.

While in the service department, the service rep asked about my truck. I explained to him that I was considering trading off my truck for a gas truck. He got Coach to come over and get an estimate of the trade in value and thus began the trade and eventually the purchase of my new 2026 GMC Sierra Denali. Dealership staff is friendly and professional. I left my diesel truck to get DEF parts repaired and they did it promptly under warranty in less than a week. There was something, however, that greatly displeased me. They did some test driving to make sure the repairs were done properly, which I have absolutely no problem with. When I went to pick up my truck, my fuel gauge was completely empty, and I left it with over a quarter tank. I wasn't sure if I was going to make it to the gas station. I understand some testing has to be done but come on, bone dry fuel tank? Have some courtesy and leave half a quarter at the very least. I hope this incident does not repeat as I will keep coming here for maintenance.

I didn't have any problems getting an oil change for my Yukon. I was able to drop it off on a Saturday morning, as I had a track meet to be at, and then go back before they closed at 12 p.m. The gentlemen who cashed me out, was kind enough to share a coupon for a discount on my service! And also gave me some information on upcoming services my car would need soon. He was very helpful.

I ask to speak to the mechanic as I have done for years, told only one diesel mechanic and was not able to speak to him about the replacement of the secondary water pump that went out with only 800 miles (not dealership fault part failed) but wanted to understand all that was done, I read the tech reference on what customer should do but was unable to discuss with mechanic and part took a week to get in (not fault of dealership) And ask for Code and details on the service of the vehicle at 200 miles - something about transmission and motor programing?? This info critical for our files as GM (and other manufacturers having recalls etc) thank you Jim
